What You’ll Do:

As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of Hearthstone Assisted Living. You’ll create a warm first impression for residents, families, and visitors while managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, and offering helpful support to our community. Your strong customer service skills will help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Answer calls, direct inquiries, and support scheduling
  • Maintain lobby presentation and support front desk organization
  • Provide clear communication and coordination across departments

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm | Some weekends and Holidays 

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of clerical experience, or a combination of education and training that provides comparable knowledge
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
