You’ll be the voice of the brand, responding to customer inquiries, monitoring social sentiment, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your insights will directly impact marketing strategies, helping to shape how the brand connects with its audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with followers across social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering a positive online community.
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with customer care and brand teams to address customer issues and ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and toolkits for social media engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
  • Proven experience managing online communities, developing engagement strategies, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Social Media Marketing/Community Management certifications.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.71 to $31.91 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
