ActioNet has an opportunity for a Citrix /Senior Windows Administrator requiring a SECRET clearance in Vienna, VA.

The Citrix/ Senior Windows Administrator will be responsible for providing advanced support for Treasury’s Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp environments and enterprise Windows infrastructure. Ensures availability, performance, and security of the virtual desktop infrastructure while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp environments.

- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server infrastructure.

- Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes.

- Support end-user connectivity, profile management, and application publishing.

- Monitor system performance and provide optimization recommendations.

- Develop and maintain system documentation and SOPs.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

- Active Secret clearance (T-3).

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

- 5+ years of Citrix and Microsoft Windows Server administration.

- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

- Experience with ITIL processes and Service Desk tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V).

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

- Experience with VMware and SCCM integration.

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
