As a General Manager, you'll drive your restaurant's success while building a team that's motivated, supported, and empowered to do their best work. • A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction. • Strong leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted, approachable role model. • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing the right thing. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts when required. • Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in varied temperatures.
• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred).
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a quick-serve or fast-food restaurant or other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid driver's license. (required)
