Associate SEO Director at BairesDev

We are seeking an Associate SEO Director to lead our SEO team and oversee the overall SEO strategy and execution to drive sustainable organic growth and maximize online visibility. As a key leader in our digital marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative SEO strategies that align with our business objectives while mentoring a team of SEO professionals.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing organic traffic growth.
- Lead and mentor the SEO team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee implementation of recommendations in collaboration with developers and product teams.
- Analyze performance data and report on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and adjusting strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing SEO strategies tailored for Large Language Models, with the goal of increasing our brand’s visibility within AI-generated responses across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and others.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years in SEO roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional SEO teams in Tech companies.
- Technical SEO proficiency.
- Programming knowledge.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Expertise in keyword research and content optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and platforms.
- Fluent in English (C1 or above).
- Strong understanding of Google's E-E-A-T and Helpful Content guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC.
- Experience with large-scale website optimization (1000+ indexed pages).
- Familiarity with AI tools and GenAI SEO applications.
- Experience presenting SEO strategy and results to C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in high-paced, results-oriented environments.

Education (one or more of the following):

- Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- MBA or Business Management.
- Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics studies.
