This position involves leading scrum ceremonies, organizing, and motivating software development teams to deliver high-value software. Essential Job Functions Team Empowerment, Support, and Improvement Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks Lead and coach teams in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban Assist in informed decision-making and facilitate discussions Ensure decisions align with priorities Foster collaboration across functions and manage dependencies Help teams adapt and stay focused on goals Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives Tooling and Automation Manage Azure DevOps boards and improve team productivity Perform project updates and advocate automation Resource Management Manage resource allocation, tools, skills, and support Identify and address resource constraints Report on resource utilization and capacity Project Planning and Coordination Define project goals, scope, and timelines with stakeholders Adjust plans for scope or priority changes Coordinate activities and communicate progress Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams for documentation Identify and mitigate project risks Address issues impacting delivery Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5+ years of industry experience, with 1+ years in a related role Understanding of SDLC, agile, and traditional project management Experience with Scrum/Agile, certifications a plus Experience managing 10-15+ team members across roles Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with PPM tools is a plus Remote work setup conducive to productivity Note: This description is not exhaustive.
