Job Description

Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Southeastern United States (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$51.45-$73.50/Hrs Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product and service solutions iteratively.
• Facilitate Agile practices and ensure timely delivery.
• Foster continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate Agile teams for smooth delivery of integrated release cycles.
• Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define release scope and objectives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues for timely release delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile teams for integrated release cycles.
• Define and manage engineering, testing, and deployment coordination.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate to define release scope and deliverables.
• Manage risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Promote Agile principles across the organization.
• Monitor performance and coach to improve Agile maturity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project or program management.
• Ability to motivate and influence teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills for managing complex projects.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
